Brand INNOTEG has many cost-effective and high-quality consumables, among which the Chromatographic Column is the most popular. The following several have been verified and recognized by new and old customers for many years!

YND-C18

The YND-C18 Chromatographic Column is widely applicable, featuring high surface coverage and complete tailing, which enhances the column's stability. We have optimized the bonding reaction on the matrix and employed a special dual-tailing technique, ensuring that our column provides excellent separation for neutral, polar, acidic, basic, and complex analytes.

YND-C8

The YND-C8 Chromatographic Column showed excellent peak shapes for the separation of the bonded phase and the alkaline compounds, and was stable over a wide PH range with a long service life. Compared with C18, it had a weaker retention capacity and was more useful for the separation of compounds that were too strongly retained on the C18 bonded phase.

YND-C30

The covalent modification of C30 alkyl silanes provides high selectivity for ultra-pure, spherical, and porous silica gel chromatography columns. By bonding a long chain of 30 carbon atoms, the C30 column maintains a similar carbon chain length even when collapsed, ensuring optimal column efficiency and extending its lifespan compared to conventional C18 columns. The C30 long chain exhibits excellent lipophilicity and hydrophobicity, making it suitable for separating lipophilic substances such as vitamin E and carotenoids.

YND-NH2

The stationary phase of the INNOTEG NH2 Amino Column is based on ultra-pure, fully porous spherical silica gel, utilizing a unique amino coupling technique to enhance column stability. This column can be used under both normal and reverse phase conditions. In reverse phase, it is typically used for analyzing simple sugar samples, such as glucose and lactose, but is generally not suitable for polysaccharide analysis. Under normal phase conditions, it is primarily used for separating hydrocarbon compounds. When switching between normal and reverse phases, it is crucial to pay attention to the transition in the mobile phase to prevent damage to the chromatographic column due to reagent incompatibility.

AQ-C18

For hydrophilic and polar compounds that have weak retention on conventional C18 columns, INNOTEG has introduced the AQ-C18 Aqueous Column, designed to enhance the retention and selectivity of these compounds. This column is typically used for separating biomolecules, metabolites, and drug degradation products, such as organic acids, water-soluble vitamins, oligosaccharides, amino acids, and small molecule peptides. The AQ-C18 column is known for its high selectivity and long retention time. It can be used effectively under suitable pH conditions, with pure water and high-concentration buffer salts (high-concentration buffer salts are often rinsed with pure water).
